As Blenheim's most central B & B, you'll find that everything is designed for your convenience
- we are happy to meet your specific needs. Just let us know your requirements and we can discuss how we can work with you to customise your stay.
 - Parking: Plenty of off-street parking, with the township of Blenheim only 5 minutes walk away.
Smoking: You are welcome to smoke outside, however in accordance with New Zealand anti-smoking legislation there is no smoking inside.
Breakfast: Your breakfast order will be taken the night before, in the morning you can enjoy your breakfast in the Map Room anytime between 7.00 and 9.00am. We are happy to accommodate you out-side these times.
Payment: We have credit card facilities take Visa and Mastercard, American Express.
Departure: We ask that guests please vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure. However, wherever possible, we can arrange a late check out if required.
Computer and Internet: Free Wireless internet and computer access.
Television and Radio: Provided in every room, and in the public guest lounge.
Ensuites: Three rooms with ensuites and a single room with a private bathroom.
Independant access to the house. Phone: Provided for local calls.
Heating: Provided.
Outdoor garden: Beautiful outdoor garden, maintained so you can enjoy the gorgeous Marlborough sun.
Airport and bus transport: Drop off and pick up service to and from the airport, bus, or train.
Self-catering: for those who wish to eat in, the supermarket is 2 minutes walk. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, oven, hot plate, ricecooker, fridge, toaster, jug.
Laundry: Free
Long term and short term accommodation: Long term and short term accommodation options are available.
Tour bookings: Phone service for booking tours and forward bookings.
-Guests also have use of a communal fridge, an extensive library, tea and coffee making facilities and complementary port.
