Hi Everyone,

We have done the Beer festival and the wine festival, we had a great time, the weather was perfect and the word is that this was the best wine festival ever. We saw bus loads of happy punters, and the vans for the wine tours were very busy. With so many great eateries in town and in the vineyards we are spoilt for choice.Our latest fav. is the German restaurant, with a great selection of dishes, pizzas, awesome deserts and beer.

We are welcoming gold carderholders, and they are offered a 10% discount per night for their stay. We are finding that more visitors are taking two night stays, if they are to allow themselves enough time see and do all that Marlborough has to offer.

We welcome guests all year round, as even during the winter there plenty of activity. The weather is temperate, we don't have extreme cold, it is under standably cooler, but the house is well heated with cosy electric blankets in each room. The wine tours still run, there a pleasant walks, and many side trips to be enjoyed. We have little rain and high sunshine hours so winter is a pleasant experience.
